Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - APAC (HRBP)

📋 Description

• End-to-end offboarding for Remote’s external employees across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide HR guidance on terminations, resignations, transfers, and employment contracts.
• Lead meetings with clients and employees for separations and settlements.
• Coordinate stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and audits.
• Drive process improvements and automation aligned with Lifecycle goals.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Background in voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance.
• Understanding of employee relations, progressive discipline, and investigations.
• Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• English proficiency; additional languages a plus.
• Comfort with automation/AI and async collaboration tools.
