Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - APAC (HRBP)

📋 Description

• Offboarding across multiple jurisdictions with focus on compliance and customer experience.
• Provide HR guidance on terminations, resignations, transfers, and related processes.
• Lead client and employee meetings for separations and settlements.
• Coordinate stakeholders to ensure compliant offboarding and audits.
• Drive process improvements and automation within Lifecycle duties.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Degree in HR/labour relations or employment law is a plus.
• Proven track record managing voluntary/involuntary exits with legal compliance.
• Understanding of employee relations, discipline, investigations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, negotiation skills.
• English proficiency; additional languages a plus; tech-savvy and autonomous.
