📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end exits across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide first-level Employee Relations support to clients.
• Guide clients through workplace concerns and coordinate resources.
• Contribute to lifecycle processes and automation initiatives.
• Maintain compliance, privacy, and confidentiality in processes.
• Work asynchronously in a global, remote team.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP with lifecycle experience.
• Exits management with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
• Interpret and apply industrial instruments; analyze HR issues.
• Understand employee relations, progressive discipline, investigations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation; lead difficult conversations.
• Business-level English; other languages a plus.
