Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - EMEA

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end exits for Remote's external employees across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide guidance on HR matters (terminations, resignations, transfers, contracts) with legal compliance.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees on terminations and related processes.
• Support lifecycle process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Be the subject-matter expert on offboarding and employee relations; answer client queries.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and audits.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HRBP across the employee lifecycle.
• Proven track record managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management and negotiation; maintain confidentiality.
• Business-level English; additional languages are a plus.
• Tech-savvy and able to collaborate asynchronously; comfortable with evolving HR systems.
• Demonstrated automation and AI capabilities and fluency.
