📋 Description

• End-to-end exits across international jurisdictions with compliant processes.
• Guide clients on terminations, resignations, transfers; ensure legal compliance.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees on terminations and settlements.
• Influence outcomes in complex terminations, balancing stakeholders.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, government bodies, and unions for offboarding.
• Draft and administer termination documents with accuracy and privacy.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner across the employee lifecycle.
• Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
• Ability to interpret HR instruments, analyze issues, provide practical solutions and communicate recommendations.
• Basic understanding of employee relations, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations.
• Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation; ability to lead difficult conversations with confidentiality.
• Business-level English; additional languages are a plus.
• Aptitude to innovate, optimize processes, automate, and champion best practices.
• Comfortable working autonomously in an asynchronous international team with flexible hours.
