📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide HR guidance on terminations, resignations, transfers, and contracts.
• Lead client meetings on terminations and settlements.
• Coordinate payroll, legal, and other stakeholders for offboarding.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation in Lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as HR Advisor or HRBP across lifecycle.
• Proven exits management, voluntary and involuntary.
• Ability to interpret employment laws across jurisdictions.
• Understanding of ER principles, discipline, and investigations.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and confidentiality.
• English proficiency; additional languages a plus.
