📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end offboarding across multiple international jurisdictions.
• Provide HR guidance on terminations, resignations, contracts, and redundancies.
• Lead client and external employee meetings on terminations and settlements.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, and other stakeholders for compliance.
• Draft termination documents and maintain confidential records.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP with lifecycle experience.
• Proven exits management with cross-jurisdiction compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, confidentiality.
• Business-level English; other languages a plus.
• Tech-savvy with async collaboration; automation/AI fluency.
• Autonomous, proactive in a fast-paced international remote role.
