Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - EMEA

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end offboarding across multiple jurisdictions
• Guide clients on HR matters: terminations, resignations, contracts
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees on separations
• Influence outcomes in complex terminations with stakeholders
• Coordinate payroll, legal, and unions to ensure compliance
• Draft and maintain termination documents with privacy in mind

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as HR Advisor or HRBP across the employee lifecycle
• Strong track record managing voluntary and involuntary exits with compliance across jurisdictions
• Interpret industrial instruments, analyze HR issues in ambiguous environments
• Understanding of employee relations, discipline, and investigations
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
• Business-level English; additional languages a plus
