📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end exits across international jurisdictions.
• Provide HR guidance on termination, resignations, transfers, contracts.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees on terminations and settlements.
• Influence positive outcomes in complex terminations with stakeholders.
• Coordinate payroll, legal, gov bodies, unions in offboarding.
• Draft and administer termination and related documents with privacy.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
• Strong background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments, analyze HR issues, provide practical solutions and communicate recommendations.
• Basic understanding of employee relations, progressive discipline, investigations.
• Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, negotiation.
• Business-level English; additional languages a plus.
