📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end exits across international jurisdictions.
• Guide terminations, resignations, contracts, and redundancies with compliance.
• Lead meetings with clients and employees on terminations and settlements.
• Influence positive outcomes in complex terminations while balancing stakeholders.
• Liaise with payroll, legal, government bodies, and unions for compliance.
• Draft and administer termination documents; maintain records with privacy controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as HR Advisor or HRBP with lifecycle HR generalist skills.
• Proven track record managing voluntary and involuntary exits with compliance.
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments and analyze HR issues.
• Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation.
• Business-level English; additional languages a plus.
• Proactive, autonomous worker in a fast-paced async remote team; AI focus.
