📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end exits across jurisdictions with a focus on compliant offboarding.
• Guide clients on termination, resignations, transfers, contracts, and redundancies.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees on terminations and workforce reductions.
• Coordinate payroll, legal, government bodies, and unions for offboarding compliance.
• Draft and tailor termination documents; maintain privacy-compliant records.
• Process offboarding in the HRIS; collaborate with teams to ensure timely exits.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP with generalist lifecycle experience.
• Managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
• Interpret and apply employment laws; analyze HR issues; offer practical solutions.
• Basic ER principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation; English fluency; additional languages a plus.
• Proactive, autonomous; tech-savvy; asynchronous work in global teams; champions automation and AI.
