📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end exits across multiple jurisdictions.
• Guide terminations, resignations, transfers and contracts with compliance.
• Lead client and external employee meetings on terminations.
• Coordinate payroll, legal and government bodies for compliant offboarding.
• Draft termination documents with privacy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle teams to improve offboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP with generalist lifecycle experience.
• Proven exits management across jurisdictions with compliance.
• Interpret and apply HR instruments; analyze HR issues.
• Knowledge of employee relations, discipline, investigations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation with confidentiality.
• Business-level English; other languages a plus.
