Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - EMEA (HRBP)

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end exits for Remote's external employees across jurisdictions.
• Provide first-line Employee Relations support and workplace guidance.
• Lead meetings on terminations and separations with clients.
• Ensure legal compliance and accurate offboarding records.
• Contribute to Lifecycle initiatives, process improvements, and automation.
• Work in a fast-paced, async, remote, international team.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP with lifecycle coverage.
• Experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with compliance.
• Interpret HR instruments, analyze issues, and advise clients.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• English proficiency; additional languages a plus.
• Tech-savvy; collaborate asynchronously and adapt to new systems.
