Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - EMEA (HRBP)

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide guidance on HR matters, including terminations and transfers.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees on terminations.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, and other stakeholders for compliant offboarding.
• Draft termination documents and maintain privacy-compliant records.
• Identify opportunities to improve offboarding processes and automate.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as HR Advisor/HRBP with generalist HR across the lifecycle.
• Proven experience managing exits with care and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
• Interpret HR instruments, analyze issues, and provide practical solutions.
• Excellent communication, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
• Business-level English; additional languages a plus.
• Tech-savvy; able to collaborate asynchronously in a remote, global team.
