Drive process improvements, automation and AI in ER/offboarding.
Work autonomously in a global, async team with data privacy.

🎯 Requirements

Experience as HR Advisor/HRBP across the employee lifecycle.
Proven exits experience (voluntary/involuntary) with legal compliance.
Interpret HR policies, laws, and complex issues.
English business-level; additional languages a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation and confidentiality.
Automation/AI mindset; process optimization; data integrity.
