🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with lifecycle experience.
• Strong track record managing voluntary and involuntary exits.
• Knowledge of local employment laws and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments and analyze HR issues.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and confidentiality.
• Business-level English; additional languages a plus.
