Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - EMEA (HRBP)

📋 Description

• Offboarding: manage end-to-end exits across jurisdictions with a focus on client experience.
• Provide HR guidance on termination, resignation, transfers, contracts and redundancies with legal
• Lead client and employee meetings; manage negotiations and outcomes in separations.
• Coordinate stakeholders (payroll, legal, government bodies, unions) to ensure compliant offboarding.
• Draft and tailor termination documents; maintain accurate, confidential records.
• Collaborate across Lifecycle team to improve processes and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor or HRBP with generalist HR experience across the lifecycle.
• Strong track record in voluntary/involuntary exits with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments; analyze HR issues and provide practical solutions.
• Knowledge of employee relations concepts, discipline, and investigations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and confidentiality; able to lead difficult conversations.
• Business-level English; additional languages a plus.
