Offboarding: manage exits across multiple jurisdictions with compliance.
Provide HR guidance on termination, resignation, transfers, contracts, redundancy.
Lead meetings with clients and external employees on terminations and outcomes.
Coordinate with payroll, legal, and other teams to ensure compliant offboarding.
Contribute to lifecycle process improvements and automation.

🎯 Requirements

HR Advisor or HR Business Partner background across employee lifecycle.
Proven exits management experience with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
Interpret industrial instruments; analyze HR issues and advise clients.
Basic ER principles, discipline approaches, and investigations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and confidentiality.
Business-level English; additional languages a plus.
