Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - EMEA (HRBP)

📋 Description

• Offboarding across multiple international jurisdictions with focus on compliance and client service.
• Provide first-level Employee Relations support and guide clients on workplace concerns.
• Contribute to Lifecycle team initiatives, process improvements and automation.
• Navigate client exits to ensure smooth terminations and adherence to local laws.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Legal, and other stakeholders to maintain data integrity and privacy.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP experience with lifecycle competencies.
• Strong background in voluntary and involuntary exits and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
• Ability to interpret instruments, analyze HR issues, and propose practical solutions.
• English proficiency; additional languages a plus.
• Automation mindset with comfort using async collaboration tools.
• Autonomous, proactive, and capable of working in an international, asynchronous team.
