Senior HR Operations Executive

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding
• Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS systems
• Coordinate confirmations, transfers, and exits
• Refine HR processes for scalability and efficiency
• Prepare payroll inputs and assist payroll
• Manage HR systems and automate workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, or Business Admin
• MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
• 5+ years HR Ops/Generalist in startup/tech
• Proficiency with HRIS/HRMS tools (Keka/GreytHR/Zoho)
• Strong Excel and data analysis
• Excellent communication and stakeholder mgmt
• Self-starter with ownership; preferred: growth marketing and analytics
