• Experience operating as a senior individual contributor with full ownership of an HR operations
• Experience partnering with a mature HRBP and stakeholder ecosystem
• Experience making HR operational decisions based on business impact and commercial context
• Experience using people data to inform decisions and operational solutions design
• Demonstrated passion for building business first HR infrastructure — not simply maintaining
• Experience in HR operations at senior level in a distributed technology or SaaS environment
