📋 Description

• UK-based HR leader as primary HRBP for the UK org and global HRBP initiatives.
• Member of UK leadership team; partner to Head of International and UK employees on people matters.
• Lead talent management, performance, and organisational effectiveness in the UK.
• Own strategic HRBP projects to improve processes and engagement across HRBP.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5y+ HRBP experience supporting senior leaders.
• UK employment law expertise.
• Understanding of performance, talent, employee relations, and org design.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret people data.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication at all levels.
• Experience driving cross-functional projects; AI fluency a plus.
