Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned accounts/business units.
Partner with business leaders and managers to understand workforce requirements, people challenges
Drive key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance management, employee
Provide HR advisory and guidance to managers on employee relations, policies, performance issues
Track and monitor key people metrics and provide insights/recommendations to business stakeholders.
Identify people-related risks and proactively work with stakeholders to address them.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred
5–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with experience in HR Business Partnering
