📋 Description

• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business priorities and organisational
• Provide expert advice and leadership on complex Employee Relations matters, ensuring balanced
• Coach leaders to build strong management capability and foster a high-performance culture
• Support organisational design, workforce planning, talent development and succession planning
• Lead and support organisational change, using people data and insights to inform decisions and
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Reward, People Operations and Employment Legal to deliver

🎯 Requirements

• Significant HR Business Partner experience in a fast-paced, SaaS or Tech GTM, international
• Deep Employee Relations expertise, including complex investigations, performance management
• Knowledge of UK, EMEA, and International employment law and experience supporting international
• Demonstrable experience of communicating and educating leaders on job architecture and compensation
• Experience supporting sales, services, or customer-facing organisations
• Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills, with a commercial mindset and sound
