Senior HRBP - G&A

📋 Description

• Serve as primary HR advisor to senior leaders across Finance, Legal, People, and Security IT.
• Translate objectives into people strategies: org design, workforce planning, talent development.
• Advise on org structure, team effectiveness, and leadership for G&A scaling.
• Partner with executives on headcount planning and resource allocation.
• Drive talent reviews and development processes across supported orgs.
• Champion Vercel’s culture and values; act on engagement signals.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years HR experience; at least 3 yrs in senior HRBP or HR generalist roles.
• Experience in fast-scaling global tech companies; startup/high-growth preferred.
• Proven ability to build trust with senior executives and act as a business partner.
• Deep expertise in org design, performance mgmt, talent planning, and employee relations.
• Strong analytical skills; use data to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presence in coaching/leadership settings.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; create structure in fast-moving environments.
• Experience with Workday, Greenhouse, and Notion preferred.
