Experience in leveraging or thinking about integrating AI into work processes
Experience in direct client support, management coaching, and team development/management
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to thrive in an unstructured, ambiguous, fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects
Ability to excel at strategic, operational, and tactical HR levels
