Senior HRBP Specialist, Technology & Engineering

📋 Description

• Partner closely with the CTO and senior leaders across Software Engineering, Data, AI
• Develop a strong understanding of technology priorities, engineering operating models
• Advise leadership on organization design, workforce planning, engineering team structures
• Drive performance management, talent reviews, technical career development, promotions, retention
• Partner with engineering leaders to identify critical technical capabilities, talent gaps
• Manage complex employee relations matters, including performance issues, disciplinary cases

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of HRBP experience, with proven experience partnering with senior technology and
• At least 2 years hands-on HRBP experience supporting Tech functions (such as Software Engineering
• Strong understanding of engineering organizational structures, technical talent markets
• Proven experience in organization design, workforce planning, talent management, performance
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence and maturity to advise and challenge
• Data-driven, commercially minded, and hands-on, with strong analytical and problem-solving
