📋 Description

• Serve as the primary HRBP for the UK, partnering closely with the Head of International and the UK
• Act as the voice of the UK in people decisions, ensuring regional context and needs are
• Partner with leaders to drive effective talent management, including performance cycles, career
• Lead end-to-end employee relations matters for the UK, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5y+ of HRBP specific experience supporting senior leaders and influencing strategic
• UK employment law expertise
• Understanding of HR practices across performance, talent management, employee relations, and
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate people data effectively
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels
• Proven experience in driving cross functional projects
