📋 Description

  • Design, configure and test Workday enhancements across modules.
  • Provide high-level end-user support; maintain procedures and docs.
  • Maintain Workday system integrity; audits and security reviews.
  • Adopt new Workday features from semi-annual releases.
  • Partner with P&T and COEs to drive Workday adoption.
  • Collaborate to resolve system issues and drive improvements.
  • Build and maintain complex reports and dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years Workday configuration experience; strong HCM background.
  • Experience in Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Talent, etc.; no Financials/ Recruiting.
  • Proficiency with Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields.
  • Experience with data loads and mass updates via EIBs.
  • Global HR processes knowledge; collaborative across time zones.
  • Experience with LMS, ATS, Engagement Survey, Rewards is a plus.
