Senior HRIS Analyst

📋 Description

• Own the full HR technology stack — HRIS, ATS (Ashby), HR ticketing, and other platforms.
• System admin across all HR tools — data integrity, user access, configuration, performance.
• Own integrations across HR tech stack — architecture, data feeds, automation roadmap.
• Lead evaluation/implementation of new HR tech — build vs buy, scalability.
• Manage manual data entry for non-integrated systems interim; drive automation.
• Escalation point for HR partners, managers, and employees.

People analytics & reporting

• Own people analytics — dashboards in Tableau; visibility into headcount, attrition, compensation, trends.
• Proactively surface data insights and flag risks for leadership.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude) to accelerate analytics and automation.
• Fulfill compliance data requests with accuracy and speed.
• Build self-service reporting to reduce ad-hoc data requests.

ATS & recruiting tech

• Own Ashby configuration, workflows, data integrity.
• Partner with HR leadership/recruiting to optimize Ashby workflows and integrations.
• Ensure clean data flow between Ashby and the HRIS.

Employee lifecycle data support

• Ensure HRIS reflects onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes across regions.
• Partner with Finance and IT to ensure cross-system data flows and troubleshoot integration failures.

Process improvement & automation

• Identify manual processes that can be automated and data quality issues can be fixed at the source.
• Set standards for People data documentation and scaling.
• Contribute to broader People Ops projects with technology and data.
