Senior HRIS Analyst

📋 Description

• Own configuration and ongoing optimization of Workday Core HCM and Security frameworks.
• Design and maintain business processes, workflows, and controls across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead system enhancements, releases, and feature adoption.
• Design and manage Workday security architecture; ensure audit privacy and data governance standards.
• Design solutions that support end-to-end processes across systems with access governance and cross-functional workflow orchestration.
• Build and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to deliver insights across People and Finance.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of HRIS experience with deep Workday expertise.
• Strong configuration experience in Core HCM and Security.
• Experience with Workday configuration including Business Process Framework, Security, and Advanced Reporting.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with People, Finance, and IT teams.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience creating structured documentation and leveraging AI tools to enhance system design testing and analysis.
