Senior HRIS Analyst

📋 Description

• Be a key contributor to systems roadmapping, and champion automation and AI-driven solutions across
• Partner closely with People Operations on data integrity and business processes builds
• Support and maintain our People tech stack, with a primary focus on core Workday modules: HCM
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and configure Workday solutions that meet business
• Configure and maintain Workday business processes, workflows, security, and reporting
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes and enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience across the HR tech stack, including configuring Workday, day-to-day
• Solid stakeholder management and communication skills and ability to influence across all levels
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-moving
