Senior HRIS Engineer

📋 Description

• The Senior HRIS Engineer will lead Workday HCM deployment, configuration, testing, and enhancements
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into practical system designs and
• Configure and maintain HR processes, security, calculated fields, reports, dashboards, and
• Improve connectivity between Workday and other apps via integrations and automation, including
• Establish operational discipline with clear documentation, ticket handling, and visible delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years in HRIS/HCM/Workday-focused roles
• Experience across Core HCM, Reporting, Absence/Time Tracking, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits
• Experience in enhancements, implementations, or post-go-live optimization in growth environments
• Data-driven mindset with strong written and verbal communication
• Service-oriented with business context understanding
