Senior HRIS Specialist

📋 Description

• Oversee HR information systems and identify opportunities for improvement
• Administer and configure ServiceNow HRSD as primary administrator and subject matter expert
• Optimize HR services, case management, employee-facing experiences, workflows, and knowledge content
• Support Workday HCM business processes, security, reporting, integrations, and data accuracy
• Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to implement and maintain HR information systems
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and coordinate system-related

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant work-related discipline or field from an accredited college or
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible, directly related professional experience
• Hands-on experience administering and configuring ServiceNow HRSD is strongly preferred
• Experience with Workday HCM is preferred, including supporting business processes, security
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM data structures and ability to maintain accurate, reliable HR
• Knowledge of large-scale HR, benefits, and payroll applications and their operational requirements
