📋 Description

• Lead the development and implementation of a portfolio-wide HSEQ strategy that establishes
• Serve as a senior HSEQ advisor to Project Directors and EPC/EPCM leadership teams, providing
• Translate organizational HSEQ expectations into practical field behaviors, controls, leadership
• Provide HSEQ input during proposals and contract negotiations, helping align client expectations
• Define scalable HSEQ organization structures, governance models, roles, responsibilities
• Establish construction readiness expectations covering contractor mobilization, competency

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Bring 10+ years of progressive, on-site HSEQ leadership experience with substantial exposure to
• Demonstrate strong experience supporting multi-contractor, high-risk industrial construction
• Have a proven ability to influence project teams, contractors, clients, and senior stakeholders
• Demonstrate experience supporting construction management models where HSEQ performance is
• Possess strong working knowledge of construction-phase HSEQ controls, contractor management
