Senior Human Factors Engineer (all gender)

📋 Description

• Take over technical responsibility for usability engineering and design validation in agile
• Work as part of our global Customer Experience & Solution Design team at the Mannheim location
• Plan, moderate and evaluate user tests (internal and external) – especially with a view to safe
• Analyze the usability of instructions for use and user interactions to avoid misuse and ensure safe
• Create complete usability documentation according to regulatory requirements (e.g. IEC 62366, FDA
• Consistently represent the voice of users during requirement definition, product and risk analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Completed Master's degree e.g. in Human Factors Engineering, Psychology or an engineering or
• Relevant professional experience in usability engineering of medical products or in-vitro
• Sound experience in planning, conducting and evaluating user tests with different user groups
• Holistic and structured thinking, confident in an agile and interdisciplinary environment
• Clear, convincing and equitable communication with international stakeholders
• Excellent English skills in written and spoken German
