🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 6+ years HR experience, with 3+ years in a business partner role.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Data-driven; ability to analyze metrics to inform HR strategy.
• Experience with talent management, employee engagement, leadership development.
