Senior Human Resource Business Partner, Corporate

📋 Description

• Partner with senior leaders to develop talent strategies aligned to priorities.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness.
• Lead organizational change initiatives, including restructures and leadership transitions.
• Collaborate with Finance and Compensation on headcount planning and investments.
• Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning to develop future talent.
• Use workforce data and business metrics to identify trends and actions.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in HRBP, Organizational Effectiveness, or related field.
• Experience supporting VP-level leaders in corporate functions (Finance, Tech, Legal, Strategy, or HR).
• Proven success leading organizational design, workforce planning, or talent strategy initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree required.
