📋 Description

• Point of contact for assigned business units or functions for all HR related matters
• Partner with managers to maintain work structure and update job requirements and descriptions
• Analyze HR metrics to partner with business leaders on initiatives and strategic projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration or related field
• 7+ years experience in Human Resource environment
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in fast-paced professional environment
• Working knowledge of HR principles and practices
• Awareness of multiple HR disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis
• Ability to interact appropriately with all levels of individuals
