📋 Description

• Serve as the primary HR partner for a portfolio of corporate functions, advising Directors, VPs
• Lead annual performance review, calibration, promotion, and merit processes for assigned
• Coach and develop managers to build high-performing, accountable, and inclusive teams, including
• Advise leaders and employees on complex employee relations matters, balancing employee needs
• Partner with business leaders on strategic people initiatives by identifying underlying challenges
• Design and improve HR processes, frameworks, and practices that address root causes and can scale

🎯 Requirements

• Broad, hands-on HR experience gained in a fast-moving organization, with experience as an HR
• Demonstrated experience leading, rather than simply supporting, performance calibration, promotion
• Proven ability to advise and coach leaders through executive level, including handling sensitive
• Strong employee relations expertise, with the ability to balance employee experience
• Demonstrated success owning ambiguous people challenges or strategic initiatives from problem
• Experience designing, improving, or scaling HR processes and frameworks rather than relying solely
