📋 Description

• Coach and support leaders on the full spectrum of HR services, including performance management
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to forecast hiring needs and define recruiting priorities
• Support headcount planning and provide HR input throughout the strategic workforce planning cycle
• Guide leaders through change, including restructuring, team scaling, and role evolution

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive, hands-on HR experience with at least 3–4 years in a dedicated Business
• Experience within a Global Capability Center (GCC) or India Development Center environment is a

• Experience managing a broad range of HR challenges: performance management, attrition
