Senior Human Resources Business Partner

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary HR partner for a portfolio of corporate orgs, working directly with Directors
• Lead annual review calibration, promotion, and merit cycles from prep to final outcomes
• Coach and develop managers to build a high-performance, inclusive team culture
• Advise on complex employee relations, balancing employee needs with business needs
• Own strategic initiatives with stakeholders, defining problems, aligning stakeholders, and driving
• Design HR processes and frameworks that address root causes and scale beyond the portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an HRBP in a fast-moving tech environment
• Proven track record leading calibration, promotion, or merit cycles
• Comfort advising leaders up to the executive level
• Ability to own strategic initiatives end-to-end
• Experience designing or improving HR processes
• Curiosity about AI and new tools, with a willingness to iterate
