Senior Human Resources Generalist

📋 Description

• Handle employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, exits, leaves, immigration).
• Advise junior managers on employee relations and HR policy interpretation.
• Support core HR processes: annual performance, D&I, talent reviews, L&D.
• Leverage Dayforce HRIS for data reporting and confidentiality.
• Proactively compile metrics to inform the HRBP team.
• Build cross-functional partnerships and champion FanDuel culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent; experience a plus.
• 3-4 years HR experience; employee-facing role preferred.
• Comfortable with using data and deriving insights.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Demonstrated effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and HRIS.
