📋 Description

• Manage employee lifecycle, onboarding, exits, leaves, immigration
• Provide guidance on employee relations and policy interpretation to managers
• Support core HR processes: performance, D&I, talent reviews, learning
• Leverage Dayforce HRIS for data and reporting; maintain confidentiality
• Build relationships with cross-functional partners; drive engagement
• Coach managers and foster an inclusive FanDuel culture

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 3-4 years HR experience in an employee-facing role
• Comfort with using data and deriving insights
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and HRIS
