Senior HVAC Sales Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead HVAC sales; support contractors through the customer journey.
• Provide technical input on quotes, design, and product selection.
• Build partnerships with contractors, customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Deliver product presentations and training to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Manage multiple projects with prioritization and site visits.
• Collaborate with design-build teams to plan and execute projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in contractor HVAC sales or related technical sales.
• Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, systems, and practices.
• Read drawings, perform take-offs, and price projects.
• Proven sales skills with customer service and relationship-building.
• Experience with HVAC selection software and project management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; NetSuite CRM experience is a plus. Must be located in Sudbury region; valid G license; remote work capable.
