📋 Description

  • Lead Hyland ECM architecture and design (OnBase, Perceptive Content, ImageNow).
  • Design scalable document management, workflows, and retention.
  • Install, configure, and administer Hyland platforms; upgrades and migrations.
  • Build enterprise workflows: AP, HR, student records, admissions, financial aid.
  • Develop integrations with ERP/SIS/CRM using REST/SOAP/SQL.
  • Mentor junior admins and developers; create ops docs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years hands-on Hyland ECM experience.
  • 3+ years administering Perceptive Content / ImageNow.
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise workflows.
  • Experience with document imaging and capture technologies.
  • Experience supporting mission-critical production environments.
  • Hyland OnBase, Perceptive Content, ImageNow; Brainware preferred.
