Senior IAM Engineer

📋 Description

• Build automation for provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance.
• Defines IAM security posture improvements and governance processes.
• Manage IAM environment: groups, service accounts, sandbox, and API config.
• Proactively resolves IAM lifecycle issues.
• Performs regular IAM audits for compliance.
• Communicates IAM concepts to stakeholders and supports governance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years IT, with 2–3 years as Okta admin/architect.
• Expert in Okta Identity Cloud, Workflows, and API Access Management.
• Proficient integrating Okta with HR/Finance apps and cloud platforms.
• Experience with Google Workspace admin and GAM lifecycle management.
• Hands-on with MFA, security tokens, OAuth, AWS, and Atlassian.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
