Senior IAM Engineer II (AI Native)

📋 Description

• Own the enterprise identity platform as an engineering system.
• Architect SSO integrations, MFA policy, and provisioning in IaC.
• Design provisioning/workflows; codify in IaC; partner with HR.
• Build IAM measurement layer; track KPIs for program maturity.
• Consolidate legacy identity surface; cleanup orphaned accounts and stale SSO.
• Use AI coding agents to draft Terraform modules; review before production.

🎯 Requirements

• Enterprise IAM at scale: SSO, lifecycle, MFA, group-based access.
• Strong IaC skills (Terraform) for identity infra.
• Deep knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM.
• Experience designing access models for SaaS-heavy, remote-first environments.
• Govern access across cloud and SaaS via SSO/SCIM; automate reviews.
• Proficient in Python or Go; automate identity operations.
