Senior IAM Lead

📋 Description

• Define and own the IAM governance model and operating cadence.
• Develop multi-year IAM roadmap aligned to business risk.
• Establish RBAC standards and target access model across estate.
• Scope external engagements for role mining and design; retain internal ownership.
• Design and operate enterprise access review and certification framework.
• Lead SoD analysis and ongoing monitoring; drive remediation.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IAM; 2+ years in governance/strategy.
• Enterprise-scale access governance design and operation.
• SoD and access governance for Workday/NetSuite/Salesforce.
• Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and Okta (CA, federation, SCIM, OIDC/SAML).
• Privileged access tooling experience (Entra PIM, Okta, JIT).
• Compliance/audit fluency: ISO 27001, SOC 2, or SOX.
