• Manage End-User IT Support: Set up, configure, and maintain employee computers while

• Relevant IT Experience: Several years of experience in IT administration, systems administration
• Automation Expertise: Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management and
• Linux Administration: Strong Linux administration skills, including server maintenance
• Cross-Platform Support: Practical experience supporting users and managing devices across macOS
• Identity and Access Management: Experience administering Google Workspace, SSO, MFA, and password
• Scripting Skills: Ability to write scripts in Bash, Python, or similar languages to automate
